I'm seeing tons of bodybuilders doing one arm rows and was wondering-do you go past your back as far as you can or do you keep the back straight and have the elbow end up right in line with the back?
To go off the question the row has changed very much since the 1980's. I remember standing on top of a bench press and doing rows with my back at a 90 degree angle and getting a good stretch...this is why we did them on a bench. Now the row itself has changed into almost a shrug combo row like the incline combo military press your seeing all these pro's doing.
STAY POSITIVE!!!!!!!!!!!
