Is there a rule of thumb for carb loading pre econtest? Or is it hit and miss? I am 61" and at 121 right now. I compete in 2.5 weeks.....also, do diet sodas hinder fat loss when you are dieting? Should I drop them? They keep me from eating everything in sight!!!!!! :P

Everyone is different but there is another thread here, started by Popeye that has a very detailed article about the week going into the show. Also I am hoping you are 221 not 121:)

LOL actually, I AM 121. I am female and only 61 inches and I do regional BB and figure and that is it. So I am not looking for 221:)
