first set doesnt count your rep max may be 25 even 35 or 45
now u have a nice burn out warm up, are u able to even stand or go make a pancake? lets say ur doin squats with 100 pounds.
how many sets can you do at 15 to 25 reps?
how many days a week can u do this?
this aint a matter of should you do it but can you do it?
how badass would your legs look if you did do it 6 days a week?

That is called CROSSFIT.

John let's see a picture of your legs so we can evaluate your training methods.

When Steve Reeves was serving in the military during World War II in the jungle he got hold of a 110lbs barbell that he used. The guys used to call him the Shape. If he kept his body repping out with a moderate barbell being a legend for all time then we shouldn't even question if using 100lbs barbell for reps is adequate.

Use whatever's available.

Born as a moron and never learn anything..same thing..It isn't a matter how much you can do, but how much you have to do to stimulate your muscles. It is just about same than the "training with bodyweight" = hipster nonsense. What next? "I want to be big and strong, but I don't want to look like a bodybuilder.."

...or prison reps or poverty sets.

German Volume Training certainly makes this concept seem plausible but even more so is the increasing number of chick lifters building incredible leg mass using only 135# on multiple sets of front squats and Romanian deadlifts. One last thing that comes to mind is Wendler's 531 "boring but big" accessory work: 5x10 @50% 1RM "just to get the volume in" , shit works and works well. So yeah, I can see how this could work , at least for a good long while.

It is quite interesting how those who hasn't never win anything always has some incredible super duper training system, and those who win the shows are using some ordinary old school training methods ;D

yep n ur going to have a great build and great cardio if you did 7 sets 15 to 20 reps squatting you wouldnt have to diet at all because your muscles would always demand more then you could feed it
