Hopefully he's more conservative than republican but either way it's a step in the right direction....I think :-\

Sometimes politicians change sides to get in step with the majority in that area.
For example, Pres. Trump openly admits he had to deal with (mostly) dems in NYC.

WV is one of the most hardcore supporters  of Trump.

Didn't seem to bother you when Trump did it for 30 years?

WV is a very red state and this Gov wants to get shit done in his home state.
