Post by: jaytspoon on August 05, 2017, 01:55:01 PM
Justin Gatlin beat him in the 100 at the Worlds in London. Shoulda packed it in after last Olympics

Gatlin has already been busted for drugs. Can't see how all of a sudden the he's faster while being natural.

if I'm Gatlin, how relevant is this win knowing that Bolt own my ass and is my superior and I'm a known doper

Well, considering Bolt has a Phil Heath turtle belly, I'd say both Gatlin and Bolt are on the same page.

Too bad Gatlin never beat Bolt in races that mattered (Olympic gold is all that matters to these apes...the other contests are simply regional shows).

Bolt was thought to be invincible at these big events. He should have retired sooner.

Olympic Gold is all that matters to most Olympic athletes. It is the pinnacle. Too bad bodybuilding is not an Olympic sport...

35 and running that speed. It was still off Bolt's best time by a huge margin but still impressive. Bolt looked hungover.

Yes, he did!  Isn't he also running the 200m, his favorite event?

I doubt anyone at that level is drug free. That's the point. It's an even playing field. They're all tested. We'll see what happens next week.

I disagree, to some extent.  They are all taking different things.  The playing field is anything but even.  While you do have a point, I think the real issue is that they are all dirty and the people in power don't want to clean up the sport.

Even if everyone was taking the exact same thing with the exact same dose the outcome of the race won't be the same. There is a science bedsides drugs when it comes to sport.

I believe the oldest 100m sprint winner may have been a 32-year-old in 1992.  I could be wrong though.

Levrone should dust off the old track shoes, come out of retirement and leave these pretenders to suck his fumes.

Wow!!

I did not expect that at all, good sir.

I will be competing g in the CAASA Provincial strongman championships this weekend, which is the Nationals qualifier.  In the lightweight class (<170-lb  ;D).  I will be representing Western Ontario.  What I love about strongman is that you can be so strong so late into life - strong with respect to your former best, that is.  Good luck doing that in sprinting.  But hey - your post offers some hope.  8)

True.

And it's not just some - There's millions of them out there who believe this nonsense

Then you've got all the ex-athletes presenting & perpetuating the lies

Laughable when you see the "Females" with man faces & Adam's apple
Going on about the cheaters/ drug takers & clean sport.

Fcuking Hilarious.

It's not that they're on untraceable, it's just that the anti-doping committee is years behind what is currently available.  by the time they figure it out and get tests for it, these athletes are on to something new.  There are labs in many universities that work on developing new drugs. Ever see some of these high school football kids who were already heavily juicing go to college and still manage to put on another 30 pounds in their freshmen year?  They are doing some crazy experimental shit.

I remember the team, with Aska Cambridge. I didn't hear a peep from the Japanese saying that he wasn't really "Japanese", like they did with Ms. Universe. Just like Abdul Hakim Sani Brown.
