I'm no legal expert but I do know this basic fact when it comes to law suits:

You're need to have the proper legal standing to actually file a law suit.
In simple terms that means you must have been directly affected by the action sued against.

For example, if you get hit by some douchebag you can file suit for assault.
You can NOT file suit by watching someone get hit and thinking it was bad.

I don't see how Hannity can prove he has sufficient legal standing in this situation.
