Title: Bob Birdsong training at 68 years old...Video
Post by: BEEFYHEAVYWEIGHT on August 13, 2017, 06:50:09 PM: Video taken last summer. Bob was 68 years old. Short video of him doing pushdowns. Ripped to shreds. Looks awesome. In video....sounds like he is bellyaching about the guy taking photos or about the actual video. The video is a few posts down on his facebook.

he must be hanging around big Lou. Tells the guys gonna have to charge him to take photos. That is pretty screwed up though you guys taking a video from about an arm's-length away while he's working out in the gym. Then again it's weird I was it on his Facebook page if it's not he's doing?

I have a laptop and desktop PC. No way in hell could I watch a video on a tiny phone screen. I'm spoiled.
