I'd Take your statement a step further. Most people try to get 6-8 hours of sleep per night. If you are like me, you usually wake up a few times in that span. Keep a bottle of water, or Propel etc...on the nightstand, and take a few swigs before going back to sleep. Only an idiot, would go 8 hours without fluid intake if they didn't have to.

Exactly, the body dehydrates throughout the night, then if you are a typical bodybuilder, get out of bed slam some black coffee (which will further dehydrate you) then jump on a stairclimber or treadmill and proceed to do fasted cardio (which will dehydrate you even more).

-don't bulk up too much. stay nice and trim
-always keep yourself in good shape cardio and agility wise
-1 gram tren and test + 15ius hgh is the sweet spot. you'll never get sick on gear.

I am on 100% raw diet, tons of fruits & vegies ,nuts & seeds + amino acids & creatine nitrate ......... :D

when I was a child no one told anyone to drink water, it was always drink milk..
the only time anyone started telling anyone to drink water was when they started selling it in fucking bottles.
