When you bake chicken there is always lots of fat (like a jelly looking with great smell and taste) left around the meat in the roasting pan . I tried that like a pre-workout and I had so much power and energy. It's said its high in arachidonic acid and probably more stuff. Do you guys think its a GOOD THING ?
