Now deadlifting
Anybody know if sumo deadlifts will help with that quad sweep that has gone?

I'm feeling great right now training at @exilefitness because I'm healthy. Finally at a point where I can train balls to the walls like I used to. I have never deadlifted in my life/career because I've heard it makes the midsection thicker but I'm not worried about that anymore. Time to pull out all stops so I'm doing what's needed to get my body firing 💯% again

I remember reading an article by Shane Di Morra years ago, he won the nationals turned pro and was competing back to back, he said when he tore his peck he was relieved that he had an excuse to take a break.

In retrospect, pulling that after never really taking deadlifts serious is pretty decent. No machine gives you much deadlift strength.
I know people will expect him to be superhuman on first go - but it doesn't work like that. Especially with deadlifts.

I know the deadlift is not liked around here, and certainly max attempts are not BB friendly, but I don't get how you guys think it does nothing for your back. Do a moderate weight 10*10 it'll work you big time.

10 x 10 deadlift with little weight will kill you if you haven't DL in a while.

And I am not gassed at all (I was strapped, though - my girlie hands could not live through that).
