Title: Warning: Do not eat freshness packet. Keep in bottle.
Post by: Royalty on September 02, 2017, 07:17:03 AM
If supplement companies include this warning on the label, I'm guessing that people have tried to eat the desiccant packets. Who the hell would eat this...

Years ago a dish washing soap company mailed trial packets of their lemon scented product to Baltimore residents and some ended up going to the hospital emergency room after mistaking it for lemonade. Not sure how written legal warnings protect companies against illiterates.

Once a bag of these had broken in a product I was using. I am unsure what this meant.

In this lawsuit-happy culture, they have to cover their asses.

Those liquid detergent packets were very colorful.  Nig-nogs equate that will something good to eat.  Most candy and junk foods are marketed at ghetto dwellers.

There are tons of illiterates out there... many more than most would believe.  There are at least five 30-50 year nogs at my company who work in the plant and cannot read.  Some are fairly well spoken too, it's hard to believe.

Well, they are non toxic, so perhaps taking a simple taste will not be an issue.

According to google they are non-poisonous.

Its a good thing they label stuff. I grabbed my orange juice this AM, stared at it for a while 'cause it says "Concentrate"...

One of the best lines in Roadhouse...

"This place has a sign over the toilet that says, 'Don't eat the big white mint.'"
