I only ever purchased three bodybuilding books.  Arnold's Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding, and these two

OMG...LMFAO....That brings me back to the day. I remember seeing that ad always.  And I was always able to tell that the coverman was hiding puffy fat nipples in the shot. Damn....is there anything of value in it?

There was more than one self-published training tome besides Bill Davis' opus magnum. Doug Brolus, seen here structurally dwarfing Schwarzenegger, cornered the ab market.

I respect the title, cop mullet, and aviators. The man knew his audience.

Davis actually has three brutal books, you can see them here -

www.brutallyhuge.com .

This was also a classic ad of the 70's, 80's -

The guy SHOULD have used drugs. Horrible, even for a 49 year old natural

Doug looks a hell of a lot older than 49 in those pictures. I would say in his 60's.

Of course I remember that book.

There was a time when I essentially collected all these idiotic books. The Kennedy ones were my bibles. Then he became my boss and I jacked all the remaining titles from the warehouse (with his OK, of course). Was very excited.

Concerning Brolus, that guy has eternally looked like ass. And those Muscle Pit photos are horrific. Adding insult to injury, the brown diarrhea, oops, tan, dripping all over his flaccid build.

Bill Davis will have FOUR books for your pleasure

https://brutallyhuge.com/

The home of Bill Davis’ books.  After a long hiatus to pursue family, academic, and professional goals, I have witnessed a pent up demand for the type of knowledge these fine books contain, which will enable bodybuilders of all levels of experience, who want to add more size and even get Brutally Huge, to do so, without resorting to the unsafe use of drugs. As a matter of fact, these books are the best chance, for most people, to get Huge without resorting to the unsafe use of drugs. Thus, these books are being brought back by popular demand. These books can be purchased at right here at BrutallyHuge, Lulu.com, Ebay.com, Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, and will soon be available as E-books on Amazon. Available are the two classics: “HOW TO GET BRUTALLY HUGE” and “BRUTALLY HUGE: THE BODYPARTS“, and a newly released book: “THE BEST OF THE REST OF BRUTALLY HUGE-THE BRUTAL YEARS“. Coming out soon will be a brand new 4th book containing information on how I have been Brutally Huge for 40 years and am still improving.

through self discipline I've always stopped myself short of becoming brutally huge, it's just not right for me or the world
