Kai Greene in very good shape solo posing at the prejudging
of the 2012 Sheru & the 2008 Arnold Classic.
Starts with a short intro of all 13 Mr. Olympias to a little Pantera. ;D
2008 Footage is slightly better quality but both are good.
This was just at the time he was becoming a force to recon with.
I appreciate any views, likes ect. Truth! I'm not monetized but could be
and just want to get better at film ideas & editing as a creative outlet.
One thing I love about Getbig is you can go fullscreen without having to
open another tab for YT.

2012 Olympia was Kai's best IMO. He brings the freakiness but the gut is becoming a problem. He does have that middle age Ronnie-esque mass to him like Rasheed Oldacre.

2012 Olympia was Kai's best IMO. He brings the freakiness but the gut is becoming a problem. He does have that middle age Ronnie-esque mass to him like Rasheed Oldacre.
Definitely his best Olympia physique. I have the HD footage from
the 2009 Aussie Grand Prix & he is peeled, full and big; but not
too big. I was surprised when I bought it cause I had seen the pictures
but the HQ video takes it too another level as far as condition.
Going back to 2012 Sheru, Kai had filled out more at night & probably
dried up some too. Looked better at finals. A lot of people think he should
have won that show.

True, but even then he isn't quite dwarfing Kai. Toney was very impressive - he was basically competitive until nearly age 50. Just epic. It's not like that is "old" - and the closer I get to that age while feeling young, the more I realize that - but it is still older than many competitors at that level, and that is impressive. At the same time, these days it seems that you need to be 40 to have the level of muscle maturity needed to be in the top six at the Mr. Olympia. It is not a young man's game exactly, just given the amount of muscle mass you need to develop, and the years that takes - combined with the muscle maturity to be deemed impressive.

Without a doubt he's close to the best. Platz had everything like Kai.
Quads, striations, hamstrings & calves. Platz maybe had better quad separation
but Kai at his best are more aesthetic.

He was full & ripped..crazy!
