Title: Any Portugese?

I have a question. There is a guy being pursued for financial fraud by someone I know and he has a villa in Portugal, Algarve, we know rough area but cant find it via Yellow pages searches. Assuming its held in a corporate name or similar, how do you find it? Thanks.
