I've been making this with pretty good results:
Chicken
Lentils
Melted Cheese.
A Little BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's) to give it some flavor and you're good to go.

I eat a lot of oatmeal. That's where most of my carbs come from.
I'm always looking for ways to make the oatmeal less boring. Lately I've been putting some of this on top. You only need a little bit to give it some flavor:
