am i doing it wrong ??? maybe i should use lighter weights.
after i leave the gym i just want to go to sleep. i cant understand how people can train during their lunch break and then get back to work

Hey captain obvious, you should be tired afterward. As you get older, you'll be even more tired. It takes me an entire day to recover from one workout. I find it impossible to train balls to the wall two days in a row anymore.

and yes also usually want to take a np after (either after the workout or jackoff session)
maybe workouts get some test flowing? seems natural that it would make you hungry, want to sleep, want to fuck (jack it). male lions mostly just eat sleep and fuck.

The secret of weightlifting: it makes you stupid from fatigue. It's not that stupid people are attracted to weightlifting, as is commonly believed...
It took me years to fit weights and cardio together with a full-time, mentally-challenging job. And really I have a long way to go, still.

If you work out intensely enough, an hour or so later you will feel like sleeping. The primary reason is your body tries to recover and needs to secrete growth hormone ( natural). This occurs within the first 30 minutes of sleep.

everybody knows to eat after train, but i suspect very few people sleep after training
