Has gotta go to the great Roy Duval of Britain. One of the best physiques ever IMO. Overlooked at the 80 Olympia. Pic below from that show. Roy was 5'7" but looked 6 ft tall. On a side note...Roy had one of the toughest precontest diets ever. I corresponded with him about 12 years ago. He told me that he always had a tough time getting contest lean and that the only diet that would work for him was a PSMF ( protein sparing modified fast ) diet. Esentially protein only in moderate amounts with zero fat and zero carbs. He went on to say that he would do it for 8 weeks with only liquid food. 4 milk&egg protein powder drinks a day mixed in water with 1 sweet&low added per drink. Each shake would be 50 grams protein...0 carbs..0 fat. 200 grams protein per day. He would do these 4 drinks each day..no solid food with coffee for energy. Followed it from Monday until Saturday evening at 6pm. Then junk binge until late Sunday night. Pretty damn intense. Anyway...pic below is from 80 Olympia in Sydney.
