OK before you flame I'm not one to ever use powders but there is a time and a place for some people. This looks unique and I can NOT use whey for reason you guys can probably guess.  ;D  OK flame away.

nutrition looks good but 130grams is a pretty big serving IMO so one has to wonder about the taste and the drinkability

Coconut water is actually liquid endosperm, which contains tons of minerals and vitamins.
