"I'm getting serious about this BBing thing. I know nutrition is 80% of the battle, and I'm working to ensure I don't miss a meal and don't eat garbage.
My question is, if you're on the road, no access to good food, and you need a quality meal... and you have to hit a drive thru... which place/menu item would you recommend?
I know we never should, but I know there will be times when we all have to do it. So far, I'm thinking wendys (2 plain baked potatoes and maybe a plain grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce). Any suggestions?

He actually said that he was qualified to be giving advice BECAUSE his Powerbulking stage was a success and he put on the weight rapidly. Why I first started getting irked by this guy in the first place is HE DID routinely give nutrition and training advice to people. Surprise surprise... getting pissed at a guy when you find out the advise you'd been reading was coming from a guy who knows how to get fat fast and that's it.

Is it personal with you and CT? I don't care to get personal with 240 thanks. The guy's posts are everywhere all the time. He's probably got something like 20,000 post in 2 years with all his accounts. You couldn't miss his comments if you tried hard at it. I just basically said it isn't any surprise to say WTF when you see the guy posting advice looks like 240.

Where in the above post did I say I was fat? The last time I posted people guessed me at around 15% if I remember right. I'm carrying most of my fat around my midsection and right now the top of my abs are starting to show show but the rest is still under fat so whatever % that usually is that's what I am. I really don't care about it, my only goal is to look a little less shitty than I did the the year before. I make no special claims to be anything I'm not.

Because my abs arn't showing. I never said I was fat, like American standard obese for shit sakes. I got a little fatter than the pics that were posted of me and now I'm coming down. Nothing special to uncover here.

Alexxx was always a good guy ;) Its just that he had some inferiority problems and had to talk bad. Alexxx now knows who he is. Just a confident, humble guy on the quest to the perfect natural physique.
