Fitness experts are supposed to be fat. It makes them more interesting than an in shape guy. Look at Fat Jimmy Moore. The guy has written several books on ketosis and hosts a number of low-carb podcasts. The dude has cashed way more checks than your typical six pack abs sporting trainer type.

blaha is supposedly doing a recomp right now.  Claims he will get down to 200 pounds or less.  He has a really weird body and i think hes likely to never get very lean.
