OJ Simpson shed 100lbs since the end of last year so that he would look more like his former fit self when he left the slammer
Simpson befriended Craig Titus, another infamous inmate at Lovelock prison.
Titus is a former bodybuilder who is serving out a 55-year sentence for second-degree murder, arson and kidnapping.
Simpson and Titus would walk around the prison yard together for exercise. Because of Simpson's bad knees he couldn't run, so Titus would help him by showing him light workout exercises, lifting weights and calisthenics.

Yes - there you have it! Our two boys in the same jail together, and from various sources, Craig will now be the personal trainer of OJ Simpson.

If Craig does his full bid, he'll be around 69 when he gets out. OJ will be 87 or so by then, maybe he could be OJ's man servant.

Yep, they have 12 egg omelettes or french toast for breakfast, fillet steak and gratin potatoes and asparagus three times a day and lashings of ginger beer...

It's written a bit oddly. They're counting in inmate bought/bartered food too. Normally, the average day is supposed to be around 2500-3000 calories in a men's prison, but you add in some chips, tuna, snack cakes, etc...., and you're up there.

WTF??
Where I worked last year they hired people halfway out of jail to work for peanuts.
Non violent offenders mostly drug related or back child support or just stupid and got caught being stupid.
One of the individuals from this program said the food there and in jail is shit. Loaded with salt and processed shit , a lot of empty calories. Makes them feel like shit and lazy. Keeps the jail population fat and energy levels down to prevent violence.
Seems like what they are doing to the rest of the population too.
