Title: what do 5'11" guys weigh on stage?

the limit for classic physique is 200 on stage

so the mens physique guys should be lighter yes?

its not possible to practice boxing and mens physique at the same time, so looks like i gotta hang up the boxing trunks :'(

Boxing is probably good cardio (without the sparring).

Yup, 1 and 2 were classics!

boxing conditioning training is HARD AS FUCK

coach had me do sit-ups push-ups and burpees for 3 minutes straight as hard and fast as possible with a 1 min break (just like a round in boxing) and i did this for 6 rounds

hated every fucking minute of it

apartment scence, ice rink scene, pauly scene where he swings bat and breaks shit up, scence when rock tells adrian that it did bother him being mocked on tv interview, and scene where mob boss driver gives rocky shit (always thought of me and groin there) were all awesome scenes
