Dead 400 for 30

Barbell Curl 200 for 20

Behind Neck Press 215 for 20

Casey Viator was well known to be a HUGE qualudes user. Spoke with Jerry Brainum about this. Jerry knew Casey well and said most guys couldnt believe how in hell Casey was able to train on ludes.

Totally believe it. Arthur Jones marveled at his exercise capacity, saying even Paul Anderson couldn't duplicate it.
