All day long. Coleman's muscles showed cuts and splits and striations when he flexed. Heath's muscles look like balloons and don't change that much when he flexes, just like most pros nowadays. Except for Dexter Jackson.

from a real photo but shopped in his waist area.. reduced on the edges ( obliques). They also worked on contrast to accentuate its details
