third gender designation is great, because when the day of the rope comes and all subhuman scum is wiped from the face of our great nations, those with an "X" as their gender will be first in line to go

I don't see anything wrong with California's decision. Strawman will now be considered equal under the law.

I have a feeling I will be going to jail at some point for calling a woman, "miss" only to find out that they are 'non-binary'.
