In addition to the aforementioned boys are back, a couple other bad ass Thin Lizzy songs would be jailbreak and the rocker.

That said, this one has to be near the top as it’s from a bad ass band with the lead singer that actually looked like he could hurt somebody:

How about some other badass Thin Lizzy tunes such as:

Bad Reputation
Toughest Street in Town
Chinatown
Waiting for an Alibi
S&M
And one of their rockin-est tunes ever:  Sugar Blues

My favorite band and guitar player (Dave Hlubek - Molly Hatchet).
He just died a couple weeks ago. 5 out of the original 6 are dead, Steve Holland still hanging on, not very healthy.

Love Lizzy as well... Bad Reputation!

To your thong
To your thong
Cry
Cry
Cry

You leave in the morning with everything you own in a fanny pack
Alone on a platform, the wind and the rain on a sad and shredded face

Mother will never understand why you had to leave
But the trophy you seek will never be won at home
The praise that you need will never be had at home

Run away, turn away, run away, turn away, run away
Run away, turn away, run away, turn away, run away

Pushed around and kicked around, always a skinny boy
You were the one that they'd talk about around town as they put you down

And as hard as they would try they'd hurt to make you cry
But you never cried to them, just to your thong
No, you never cried to them, just to your thong

Gentlemen,

Until you are able to command the awe of animal, vegetable, and mineral with the Mikado's indomitable swag, continue to hold your manhoods cheap.

Excuse me?  Housewife metal?  Steve Vai, Billy Sheehan and Gregg Bissonette were arguably the most kickass backing super-band of all time.

This masterpiece gets my vote as the manliest and best song of the nineties if not any decade:

Hold on:  Stop the press - late entry from Taffin  8) 8) 8)

Every mornin' at the mine you could see him arrive
He stood six-foot-six and weighed two-forty-five
Kinda broad at the shoulder and narrow at the hip

And everybody knew ya didn't give no lip to big John

(Big John, big John)
Big bad John (big John)

Nobody seemed to know where John called home
He just drifted into town and stayed all alone
He didn't say much, kinda quiet and shy
And if you spoke at all, you just said hi to Big John
Somebody said he came from New Orleans
Where he got in a fight over a Cajun Queen
And a crashin' blow from a huge right hand
Sent a Louisiana fellow to the promised land, big John

(Big John, big John)
Big bad John (big John)

Then came the day at the bottom of the mine
When a timber cracked and men started cryin'
Miners were prayin' and hearts beat fast
And everybody thought that they'd breathed their last, 'cept John
Through the dust and the smoke of this man-made hell
Walked a giant of a man that the miners knew well
Grabbed a saggin' timber, gave out with a groan
And like a giant oak tree he just stood there alone, big John

(Big John, big John)
Big bad John (big John)

And with all of his strength he gave a mighty shove
Then a miner yelled out "there's a light up above!"
And twenty men scrambled from a would-be grave
Now there's only one left down there to save, big John
With jacks and timbers they started back down
Then came that rumble way down in the ground
And then smoke and gas belched out of that mine
Everybody knew it was the end of the line for big John

(Big John, big John)
Big bad John (big John)

Now, they never reopened that worthless pit
They just placed a marble stand in front of it
These few words are written on that stand
At the bottom of this mine lies a big, big man

Big John
(Big John, big John)
Big bad John (big John)
(Big John) big bad John
