For those who may sleep on their back, it may help.
For many of us that sleep on our side, not so sure.
Reminds me of when I went camping, and the sleeping bag was heavy, didn't help much.

An ordinary blanket does it for me...For an even greater effect, since I use a cpap, I put my head under the blankets and it definitely is soothing.
