sorry if its a repost , but i knicked these off milos' website and pissed myself laughin!

observe with wonder the way they try n blame valentino's rediculous swellins on steroid abuse ahaha .. and the way the bastard plays game bt decreein his 'wicked ways.

but mick hart steals the show here,.... in typical northern laddish fashion  .. he basically doesnt give a flyin f'uck about anti-steroid hysteria and debunks it in a hilarious cavalier/blase manner.

i wouldnt want him 'coachin ' me though!
