Or is it just a money grab for the npc to lure in guys that claim natty?

its to fill a void in the divisions.

it is based on height/weight - mass monsters cant enter basically.

posing is a big part of the scorecard

the NPC has it down real well with the different divisions - no need to change a thing cuz its working

Classic physiques had calves. These guys legs look a lot like women's physique.

Posing is a no bigger part of the scoring process than any other division.
