What exactly do you mean with "training your mind"?  ???

Learning new skills?

Planning your time?

well imagine if the average gym rat who spent the last 20 years training 3 times a week would also have spent the last 20 years 3 times a week training his mind

is there anything you cant learn if you do it 3 times a week for 20 years?

Sorry but this might be a good time to once again recommend that every GetBigger should make every attempt to read "DANCING WU LI MASTERS" in an attempt to learn what Quantum Mechanics is all about.

I've read it just about seven (7) times and still need someone with many more smarts than I got to make an attempt to explain about 98% of what is's all about.

My comprehension skills are somewhat lacking but improvement attempts are made by reading stuff that's somewhat impossible to comprehend.

But with that 2% QM knowledge I was able to communicate wisely with a physics professor who said that I  knew just about a little bit less than most QM masters do.

I suggest that you all read it (or make an attempt to read it) and do your best to 'visualize in your mind' what it's selling you  .... and then explain it to me! ....

There are some damn smart GetBiggers on this here board if they can get their head out of lifting heavy things and describing how shitty everyone is ... so.... this QM stuff just might expand your minds a bit.

Or maybe not!

 ... cut and print ...

didn't u kinda think that after attempting to read the book for the 3rd, 4rth or even the 5th or 6th time... that perhaps your time may be better spent doing anything else?

ZILL, NO ... simply because with each reading, I began to understand a little bit more.

And honestly ... once you get into it a bit  ... it's impossible to walk away.

And #8 is coming up.

sure, but at your advanced age... and current rate of comprehension... u'll be lucky to understand 7% of the book before u die. but its your dime, pal

ZILLO, If I get to 7% ... I'll die a happy man ... and pretty damn brilliant also.

But thanks ... I'm gonna speed up my reading in an attempt to reach that new 7% goal.

I guess you don't intend to read it?

I do not... but if there were pictures of women with aesthetically pleasing breasts in the book.... and the book was left open someplace... like on a park bench... and I was casually strolling by – I would look at the pics.

You can do both. It depend on your work ethic and what you're willing to put in. 24hrs in a day. Figure it out.

If he's an associate, assistant, or tenured professor, hes doing nicely (more as a tenured professor).

That crap professor is arguing what a real journalist is when anyone with a camera can cover an event and get paid on Youtube. Remember the art revolution,,,everything is art...from blank canvases to splattered paint....well, everything is journalism and everyone can go live on YT and report these days and a lot of "elite" journalists are losing their jobs.
