Mike had one of the best upper bodies in the 1980's; especially arms, abs & back.
I'm only through about 20% of my tubs of tapes & DVD's.
I found this workout & introduce a few video clips at 1st to those
who might not know who he is; which is most under 25.
I always enjoyed his magazine interviews & bought everyone
that had him on the cover when I'd see it on ebay.
Posing Compilation starts at about 7:05.
Thx to everyone who have given my videos a look.
I do appreciate it!

He looked amazing. Now he looks like one of my old Italian uncles who never lifted a weight in their lives.

Geeat back...
If only Levrone would have had Mike's back or Mike would have
had Levrone's legs, even up until 1999 were very good for 80's competition.
These are Levrone's legs at a Grand Prix after the 1992 Olympia.
His quads & Hams were some of the best in all of bodybuilding
in 1992.

In that 1989 footage where he is bigger but not quite as ripped as the 84 footage
his 19 year old sister had committed suicide & he lost it mentally
and started doing a lot of rec. drugs.
A few months out he decided to do the 89 Olympia & got 7th in pretty
good shape considering all he'd been through. He even looks better
at that Grand Prix footage but the lighting is pretty awesome too.
Mental Illness ran through some of Mike's family including himself
which always made an interesting read because he was so open about it.

why do people always get kudos for overcoming a drug problem?
Kudos is for people who don't develop drug problems in the first place.
