If a 455 partial gives you a back injury, you should not even be lifting.

Unbelivably hard.
When I was doing strong man we would play about with grip stuff now and then; flipping and catching 20kg plates w/ one hand, plate pinches, rolling thunder, 1 arm deads, towel hang, arms only rope climb...but those plate pick ups are one of the hardest grip exercises.
-
im pretty sure most rock climbers could do the pitch grip, but to me it seems like overkill when training to grab the pussy

Here's a great hub lift -
.
Fans of odd stuff should youtube search " usawa lifts " or " iawa lifts ". The USAWA is the big org in the US that keeps track of them -
www.usawa.com .
In Britain, it's the IAWA that handles them -
www.iawa.uk/video-library/ .

if your mechanics are fucked up, you have no mobility, and u don’t know how to control your body and core, then yes
And if you think a lift like that is dangerous your mechanics must be fucked up major
It’s quite safe if your mechanics are correct
