Lee was supposed to guess pose at out NPC TREASURE VALLEY BB contest this past Saturday( he was on the poster and everthing) the promoter said he was having a hard time trying to convince Lee that he was supposed to guest pose. Lee supposedly told him he was not in shape and would not pose, then later we find out something about Lee will not be coming at all due to the fact that he has internal bleeding (for whatever reason) and the airline will not let him fly. ( thats a pretty good one if you ask me)
Cathy Le Francoise- priest was at the show for Gaspari Nutrition and she was so sweet and helpful to all the competitors and she said she was contantly getting text's from lee all weekend.

Ok here is the real story.I was never contracted to guest pose.I spoke to Russ and Derek-he was the one putting on the contest.They asked me at the Arnold was i going to Boise i said yes if Twinlab send me to sit at thier booth.So weeks go by Derek tries to get ahold of Twinlab to see if i am going he heard nothing back .I calle di heard nothing.I got back from Australia on Wed and thurs i heard from Twinlab saying i didnt need to go.Derek called me Friday i told him i wasnt going and that is when he said i will get your ticket AS I HAVE YOU ON ALL THE POSTERS AS GUEST POSE.News to me a week out there was no contract or even asking me.Derek and i are good friends he also races drag cars so it shocked me that this was done without asking.As for the internal bleeding well that is also news to me.See if you are trying to start shit try harder or atleast get your facts straight.The texting to Cathy was when Derek was with her then i called derek and spoke to him.He said it was a misunderstanding and we cleared things up.
Now as for Russ and his foul mouth the way he spoke to Adela on the phone and the nasty messages he left me.Well there goes a friendship, he said he had me on posters and radio and tv ads again not asking me.

Frankly speaking, if the promotion department (or equivalent) went as far as to print the advertising with an attraction's name and/or image, *surely* a clear contract has been signed by the said attraction. If the promoter can't present such a contract (if and...) when the said attraction fails to participate, I'd personally wave the bullshit flag.
And I guess that's probably why I love Lee so much. 8)

Actually Lee if your picture is on the poster and any promo material and there was NO contract you could easily sure these guys for using your likeness. A couple things it does is that it makes you look bad because you didn't show even if you weren't supposed to. Other than the people on here everyone else who saw that poster wanted to see you and you not showing makes you look bad. The second is more than likely if there was no contract signed then they used your picture to attract more fans to the show. This is using your likeness for a gain that you get nothing out of. Using anyone's face on a poster or promotional material like they did is very is illegal.
It's like if I wanted to make it so I got less people to come to my show I would put Chic's pic on the poster.

Something does not smell right here. I have been bringing guest posers out here (Oz) for 18 years. I have never had someone not show, that means either a contract or agreement is in place before anything is printed. Lee has just completed a 6 show guest posing and seminar tour of Australia. He was totally professional in all of his appearances. Every promoter said that Lee could not do enough for them, he stayed back for photos until every fan had left, went out to eat with the promoters and left photos and tee shirts for everyone that helped. The tour was very successful and Lee was totally professional. He answered every email and phone call in the months leading up to the tour. Heads up to you Lee, you know how to treat people, which makes this whole story seem flawed.

Actually this is a very question. If the IFBB penalizes BB's for crossing over and then again penalizing them if they come back (if allowed), why is this. Chic as the rep should be in their and fight for the rights of the BB's since he is the rep. Any answer from Chic other than he is talking to Manion about not penalizing the BB's for competing in the PDI is a waste and he should quit cause he s worthless and has nothing more on the agenda that to make the IFBB happy and himself. Ok here is the real story.I was never contracted to guest pose.I spoke to Russ and Derek-he was the one putting on the contest.They asked me at the Arnold was i going to Boise i said yes if Twinlab send me to sit at thier booth.So weeks go by Derek tries to get ahold of Twinlab to see if i am going he heard nothing back .I calle di heard nothing.I got back from Australia on Wed and thurs i heard from Twinlab saying i didnt need to go.Derek called me Friday i told him i wasnt going and that is when he said i will get your ticket AS I HAVE YOU ON ALL THE POSTERS AS GUEST POSE.News to me a week out there was no contract or even asking me.Derek and i are good friends he also races drag cars so it shocked me that this was done without asking.As for the internal bleeding well that is also news to me.See if you are trying to start shit try harder or atleast get your facts straight.The texting to Cathy was when Derek was with her then i called derek and spoke to him.He said it was a misunderstanding and we cleared things up.
Now as for Russ and his foul mouth the way he spoke to Adela on the phone and the nasty messages he left me.Well there goes a friendship, he said he had me on posters and radio and tv ads again not asking me.

On the one hand if Lee refuses to respond to a certain allegation, he's scared. If he lays it all out in the open with PROOF and PICTURES and SCANS OF THE CONTRACT, then you bash him for being "too open", or as this knucklehead puts it "conduct your business affairs like children."
Quite the contrary, the only thing that Lee has been ever since he's been posting here is honest. All he's ever done is take the time to answer questions about training and his personal life, and most people here can't stand it that he's telling the truth and has nothing to hide.
