hi guys
7 weeks into my cycle 750mg test E and 450mg tren ace/week
, during a set of dead lifts, lower back started to get really pumped and tight- 3 days later its as bad, hurts a lot just to try to bend alittle @ the waist
any advices?

At least 3g taurine per day. Potassium might help too.

You have been gaining weight too fast. Tight lower back is a sign of that.
Taurine helps, try to watch out your carbs and sodium intake and hydrate properly.
