Does anyone have any suggestions on what to eat for post workout during the last weeks of pre contest training? I am so paranoid about my carbs I am afraid to eat the wrong thing but I get weak and shaky towards the middle of my workout..... ???

If you just started out, wait a couple of day's and watch the smell. If you smell ammonia, you're eating not enough and burning muscles.
If you're shaky over a week, ad some more carbs, or shift. Around training a little bit more carbs.
