So encourage me on
Here's the guidelines
- UP TO AND INCLUDING 180 CM CATEGORY maximum body weight = body height [cm] minus 100 + 6 kg (Example: A competitor, who is 180 cm tall, may weigh not more than 86 kg)
Just measured my height and I am 178 cm not 180
So max on stage weight pour moi is 84 kg
Any leg training tips?

Frankly i could win @ 77-80 kg stage condition
Ab skinfold currently is down to 6 mm
3 mm is STAGE READY
Probably just stay on deca and get ripped and dry @ 75 kg then throw in drol for 4 weeks and blow up to bout 80 kg RIPPED and DRY
P.s. My quads are already looking rounder and fuller, looking real sexy actually 😎
