If you're dumb enough to flirt with a co worker , especially at work, in this day and age, his dumbass deserves to get fired. The problem with some of this cases are 3-4 decades old... Not saying it is right, but the world was a more sexist place. If we are going back in time to punish all the sleazy guys over the decades is it going to be a long list.

You would be shocked and astounded at how long grudges can be held...

Especially if you didn't like the person to begin with.
