Title: The main issue to get in super big when in good shape is just gain weight.

 Take some on that weighs 200 and bench press 300 squats 400 if he gains weight tell he's 300 he should be able to bench 450 squat 600 which would make him a fairly healthy 300lb person that is totally possible with no steroid. that's how prisoners get so strong. That is very possible with out steroids

yes maybe but if not keeping mind of movning and running and waliking and cardio work gaining size is not healthy but also if running and moving hard to gain weight but not impossible if time right tiem of eating sleeping and lifting can be one but not really good to do but is able to

What about going to 400?  Benching 600 and squatting 800.  Do you think it's possible?  Rich Piana used to say he could've got to 400 if he had wanted to.
