Seems the ship told the old guy to go to this beach and when he got there he found a retired guy who lives there renting beach chairs and umbrellas for an outrageous amount. The old guy says it's bad enough the outrageous price the ship is charging me then they drop me here to get ripped off for off the chart priced water, chairs and umbrellas?  Just speculation.
