i am 5'6" 220, 30% or more body fat. my first cycle in over ten years.
purchased test suspension and am trying to decide on tren or winny to stack with it. thinking of 10/12 week cycle, starting either tren or winny in week 3 continuing through week 9.
i have saw so many different cycles and am looking for guidance. do not want to be sculpted, but want to be leaner and bulk up at the same time! i have started eating clean and would also love guidance in nutrition as well. thanks in advance

first off you need to loose about 50 lbs of fat before you start a cycle.

I would say u need to definitely lose some weight before you start a cycle. 30% is way too much...

You do need to lose weight first, that should be a given. If you do the cycle anyway you may very well have success, but once you come off if you're not carfull it is going to be fat city for you...and the city will be much bigger then it already is,

Get your BF% down to the 20's at least before you start. Otherwise you will just be wasting the AAS because I can't believe you have the lung capacity to train the way you will need to holding that much bodyfat. Concentrate on cardio and get it down, start eating clean food and up your intensity in the gym.
You should have no problem getting your BF down. You don't need to be cut or anything, but functionally you need to have a decent cardiovascular profile in order to maximize the AAS.

thanks guys, i do need to loose some weight, and when i said in the thirties... that was my way of saying i wasn't exactly where i need to be. i am not the 8-10% Marine i used to be, but i am probably closer to 25% bf. i guess i will hold on the gear for another 3-4 weeks, but once i drop 15, i would like to know what to do. thanks all

You might want to think about using something other then suspension. That's a whole lot of shots.

eth or sup? i have not picked up the susp yet, he also has eth/sup on hand. i can swap out for that. but i am trying to decide which to stack with and what recommended doses are, the main reason i am on this site. the opinions of many here are thought of as great opinions, others are overlooked.... thanks again to all.

I'd go with the Test E (you'd only have to do one or two shots a week).

go with the test enth bro, you will only have to shoot twice a week with a 25g rather then suspension ever other day with a 22 or larger lol
also if your holding lots of body fat make sure when you drop down to 15% or whatever that you are pinnin a muscle group that doesent have alot of fat over it, i.e. if your glutes are holding lots of fat still pinn your quads and delts bro. or you will b wasting alot of test due to the slow breakdown and absorbtion in fat.. trust me...
also whie your gettin your gear together due research on this forum... search up cycles and pct using the search.. thers alot of plannin to go into this and youll b better in the long run

thanks davinci. got the nolva. i think i will do test e and winny, starting week 3 and running for 6 weeks. the more research i do, i don;t think i can go wrong with those. i may do tren next. but i think this will be a good starting cycle.

I'm holding 20% BF and I have no issues with getting the pin balls deep.
Go delts, pecs or quads and you will not risk any wastage with your shots.
It's just a matter of hitting muscle groups that don't hold a thick layer of bodyfat.
