The one-legged squat is something I've been working on for about a year. I can manage two each leg, they are not pretty and certainly not weighted.

Became repetitive after 2-3 minutes. Looks small and unimpressive stupid workouts proven to not work given the results of the recipient. Terrible genetics as well strong tendons no muscle. The gay long black hair is the cherry on the cake.

Why the fck can’t anyone just do that
No one does a simple lift anymore - down right respectful
All u see is rednecks doing dead’s , then it’s all the funky ass lifts /jerky movements / combined closed chained shorty movements
I’d rather watch a pitbull pull a sled around than some asshat try to hurt himself with his ‘invented’ lift
