Does anybody remember this guy, Bill Burney? ??He is or was a police officer from Brea, California. Was featured quite a bit in Bob Kennedys Musclemag in the 90's. Great physique. Competed at the National level. Guess the Brea police departmwnt wasnt testing their officers for anabolics in the 90's. Great physique though. Rocking the cop stache'. I wonder if Coach knows or knew him from Orange County bodybuilding scene back in the day.

Yep. I wasn’t living in OC then but Bill was trained by Rory. He used to train at Blocks gym. Saw him quite often when I was ther on weekends

Bill had excellent potential and was a hard worker, husband and father syringing his cop/ bodybuilding days. Bill wrecked the weights at Star Gym, Blocks Gym and Golds Gym Fullerton for many years before he got injured and then focused on his family and Cop Duties in Long Beach.
He is one of the Good Huys for sure💪🏽
