Alternate alcoholic drinks with water
Alcohol is a diuretic, which means that it makes you urinate more, leading to dehydration. Dehydration is one of the major causes of hangover symptoms like thirst, dizziness and headaches. Therefore, the more water you drink to rehydrate before, during and after drinking, the less severe your hangover is likely to be the next morning.
Have a big glass of water before you start drinking, then try to drink a glass of water for every alcoholic drink that you have over the course of the night. Drinking water in between alcoholic drinks will also slow the speed of your alcohol consumption, preventing you from drinking too much too quickly.

The problem is that socialism is an ineffective economic system that invariably results in not having enough food to go around as is currently the case in Venezuela. The leaders will inevitably decide that the best way to solve this problem is to have fewer mouths to feed. That’s why there’s so many murders in these societies.
Contrast that with capitalism where even the poorest demographics experience an obesity epidemic.

Stalin didn't just slaughter " useless " people.
He annihilated upper class folk, mayors, governors, generals, professors, teachers.
Anything that might in some way oppose him in the future.
Soviet Union, and still later Russia, as a nation was greatly handicapped by this annihilation of intelligent people.

What kills me (no pun intended) about communism (with its suicidal system at its core) is not the ideology per se, it's the cultural backing, the leftist hypocrisy, the look-the-other-way that comes with being on the left side of the political spectrum. I'm definitely not a conservative, but more of an anarchist/communal (not to be confused with communist) type but... what I DO know is that my conservative friends do recognize that what some of out radical capitalism-inspired military-industrial complex people do (using the US government and the US military as a means to their goals) is really fucked up. When they see American drones dropping bombs and annihilating an entire village, there is no hesitation, they hate it.
On the other hand, when a leftist sees or hears about the Tiananmen square massacre, Holodomor or any other multi million-people assassination sprees, what we often hear is excuses more than regrets.

A famous comedian once said that the difference between a heroine and a crack addict is that the heroine addict will steal your money and you'll never see him again, while the crack addict will steal your money and then help you look for it.
Stalin was as fucked up an individual as a crack addict. Not only did he plan and carry out Holodomor, once the murders numbered the millions, the guy had trucks full of food sent to the large cities in the Ukraine as humanitarian aid.
