Phil Heath has been known for his swagger when appearing on stage.
It seems a mix of confidence & showmanship. We start from the 2010 Arnold
ending with his most recent win. There's also moments of each of his Olympia wins.
I hope you like it & I appreciate any views.

Balanced proportions clearly don’t matter these days.

When you are at the top, everyone can praise you and criticize you. You have nowhere to go but stay on stop or go down. Phil consistently have proven all of us wrong, and sadly, no one has risen, with the exception of Kai once or twice, to rival him yet... but that may change in 2018

-The king of the hill can only go down.

He's a fucking asshole Ron. The most unpopular Mr. O ever. Not even the supplement companies want him.
-
Exactly, I wonder if they choose him as the winner simply because the controversy creates some kind of interest/pomotion
I said in another thread he is no better than any of the other guys, he's got as many weaknesses as they do.

Thank you for saying this my Hebrew

I wonder in 20 years if people will even remember comments
about Arnold's legs and Classic Physique guys being weekend warriors.
Regardless of the person; those physiques in 2010 - 2013
were amazing.
He comes off as insecure but do you think most people are even going
to remember that stuff? Serious question I thought about while making this.

When you call yourself 'Dream Killer' funnily enough people are going to think you're a prize prick.

Nice try, marketing executive of Phil

I'll bet Jay regrets taking him under his wing and taking part in creating this egomaniac.

Once the guidance counselor leaves, it's not on him what happens.

He really needs a social media advisor. The list of things to turn people off
from him is long. The very last frame in the video did show to me that
getting those Sandows means an awful lot to him. Many people place their
identity in their in accomplishments instead of the kind of person they are.
At one time I was considered one of the best drummers in my state & I had
quite a few intuitive people comment on how it I didn't place any of my self worth in it.
I could have been much better too but when it became too much of a discipline
I would back off being technical & have fun writing songs.
Arnold seemed very comfortable in his own skin whether the massive bodybuilder
or the slimmed down looking muscular runner.
Seems totally at ease looking smaller with a little fat on him here.

LOL at the idea using Arnold as a contrast to being a narcissistic asshole.
To answer your earlier question, yes we'll remember Phil's social media highlights. People on this board still bring up rumors from 40+ years ago. Best case scenario for Phil is that people will regard him like Arnold or Ali and time will force them to ignore any difficult personality traits or find those traits endearing. More likely he'll be like Shawn Ray. People will give him his props in spite of his personality.
I don't think Phil is as big of an asshole as Shawn Ray was reported to be, but I also don't think it matters too much anyway. I think Phil looked better longer than any of the other recent mr os with the exception of dex, and at his peak Phil looked better than dex. I think Jay was terrible and I'd want to kill myself if I woke up looking like Dorian during any point of his reign. Ronnie was huge, but people forget how many flaws he was criticized for during his peak years. His calves, his strange abs, possibly the worst gut in the history of high-level competition. Phil and Dexter have been the least flawed recent mr os. During his best showings, I think Phil had even fewer flaws than Dexter.

Modern day pro bodybuilding sucks ass bigtime! :(
-
I really don't pay attention to anything phil does or has done aside from leaving his wife with cancer to bang some groupie.
Not alpha in my book.
Start a gofundme and ill wear a getbig tank top at the next mr.O expo and beat the shit outta him on video. Should take all of 3 punches. Mouth/jaw/chin and ill actually connect. None of this ghetto wannabe MacTruck "just wanted to look like in was trying to hit him" b.s. on Rich Piana.

Thx for answering the question. The difference between Ali, Arnold & Heath is that
the 2 before had massive charisma & much of what they said and did was a goof. Like
the things Arnold said in PI. They were made to paint him in a certain light; but it was much scripted.
Ali & Arnold seem like very secure men whereas Phil seems insecure many times in his words and actions. Maybe I"m missing your intent but I think of Ali & Arnold; especially Ali as a MAN. Heath seems
like his growth in some areas stopped at some place. Hell, I don't know the man personally but
the whole weekend warrior thing seemed to come out of insecurity.

We could argue about it and give examples for several pages, but that's not really something I'm interested in. Whether or not Ali and Arnold had more charisma is subjective, as is whether or not Phil's trash talking is more serious. (For the record, they both did have more charisma, but that wasn't really my point.) I just don't think Phil has done anything that terrible. Whenever I hear the rundown of why he's allegedly such a shitbag, it's always so underwhelming. I will say this in regards to that weekend warrior comment- I think that's been overblown and misconstrued. He said maybe it's meant to appeal to guys who WANT TO BE weekend warrior athletes and still play ball on the weekends. Carrying open level mass and maintaining it isn't conducive to that. In context, to me, it was clear he wasn't saying that classic guys only workout on the weekends. In that video he specifically says that it would be a gateway for people who competed in other sports at a high level and a lot of competitors will eventually move to open. A big reason for the weight restrictions is because the competitors are constantly trying to move up and half of the guys competing in classic are doing so because they outgrew physique. So there's not really anything outrageous or inaccurate about that statement. That to me is the essence of how people react to him. When you dislike someone, you will find a reason to dislike anything they do, especially if they are generally successful.

In this relatively new social media age everything gets blown out of proportion. Most of
what Phil says I could give a rip. He was making a statement on how in today's
bodybuilding leg's, glutes and hams are way more important than Arnold's times.
Instead of saying something like Arnold had no legs compared to today's guys he
could of explained it like I did right before that. Kai screws a grapefruit & has his penis in
a man's face with a towel over the dudes face; danced instead of working a regular job & people don't care.
I don't really care either. i didn't really realize there was as much dislike for Phil until all the negative
comments. People play roles on here & sometimes they may be playing their negative alter
ego who slams everything. Obviously, if I had any bad feelings towards someone who has no
bearing on my own life, I wouldn't have made a somewhat flattering video on him.

Haha I watched your video and I don't know if you know this, but you have someone calling you out in a response video for making a video that inflates heath's massive ego.

Thx for letting me know. I found it and was laughing the whole time.
It really is funny but I take no offense. It's one thing that makes the internet great
and this guy got to speak his mind on it. It wasn't to build up Phil's ego
but just a simple video showing his confident/cocky walk to stage
that would hopefully be a little entertaining.
