Aside from bitcoin, how do you guys handle your investments. Do you choose everything yourself of do you obtain the services of a financial advisor? Specifically mutual funds, Roth IRA etc..

I do some speculation on the side, mostly commodities. Not Bitcoin or any other crypto, as I am not investing in fabricated scarcity. Commodities are at least not wholly dependent on consumer sentiment for value attribution, we still actually use shit tons of oil. FWIW: Made a nice christmas bonus on yesterday's natural gas rally. :D

I know some very low risk, profitable agrobusiness, but I need to save money for 7-8 years before I can invest on them.
Once I start one of those business, I could live off them if I wanted (I'm somewhat frugal), but I plan to keep on doing what I'm doing. :)

Putting everything I can onto the mortgage. Hope to have it knocked over fairly quick. I could see building or renovating as investments in the future since I can do the work myself and am not too daunted by the vicissitudes of the real estate market.

Real money maker is the 5g methyltrienolone. That gives me 300+ bottles at $45ea min ($14k)

Yes, from a tax perspective you sometimes see people stepping over dollars to save pennies. For example they will choose a tax free investment that has a 5% return when they could instead go for a 12% return but have to pay some tax.
So must analyze things from all angles.

5,000 ÷ 15 = 333 bottles.
100 bottles with be 50mg/bottle. That'd be about 1.5mg/ml... I've made it, but not for $45/bottle. More like $120ish a bottle (about $12k.. Buy'em all at once and ill do it for 8 ;) )

Take Jim Cramer's advice - Cnbc MadMoney, that dude know's his shit, my buddy bought his book, watches his show religiously and ended up making over 300k in 2 years following his advice, he hurt his back working constuction, was at home on workmans comp and decided to get into day trading instead of just sitting around all day, and like I said ended up pulling in just over 300k in 2 years.

No I didn't watch CSI. I simply worked the job....booking people into intake, taking them to court, and packing their shit up you idiot. If you had paid bail, the judge would have given you either time served, probation, etc.....it doesn't matter. I have booked in people with way more charges than yours and I saw them walk right out before the ink ever dried on the paper. Obviously, you're a broke fuck so you had to stay in the slammer.

I only invest directly into companies and then sit on the board. Minimum 30% of equity. No way am I letting any other kunt fuck about with my money. Under performing companies in industries I am familiar with so typical distressed market cap value of around $2 million so I will invest $600k for 30% and then hope for an uplift that allows the management to buy me out for double or triple my investment within 24 months once I have raised market cap to maybe $4-5 million. This gives me a gain of $600k to $900k per flip.
I've done 2 already since I sold my original business and it keeps me active in my semi retirement.

The oil price crash has resulted in a lot of small companies (around 20-50 employees) in Scotland struggling due to North Sea oil and gas industry being so affected. Loss making companies desperate for cash are a good investment in return for equity. You can also offer them expertise. You help them return to profitability and they buy their shares back. Everyone's a winner. 8)
