Weren't you just out here complaining about your failure to progress on the bench? I see you still haven't purchased Starting Strength, read the damn book, and implemented a program of Linear Progression. Instead, you're watching videos of an elite roided out lifter doing partial reps. When you're tired of being the Boy Who Cried Wolf, let us know.

I counted 66 half reps, and 2 full reps.  Does that make 35 full reps?   ???

Jeez.....what a snarky remark.  Someone's on the rag it appears.  All SF does is post the occasional Brad Castleberry video on this bodybuilding site and there's always someone who melts down.

Exactly.  I'm not really a fan of Brad. But the melts down are funny about the fake plates.  :D

I don't think those are fake 45's, but those aren't full reps.  SF1900 thinks these are clean reps?  Probably a big part of the reason you have such a weak bench.

Brad C is definitely a strong kid, but he's young and juiced to the gills.  He probably takes more caffeine pre-workout than I do in a month.   His androgen brain will eventually get him badly injured.
