I sincerely hope he'd been hitting the bag for a good while to be that sweaty and puffed out, embarassing.
No power in the punches, that sidestep at the end, haha

And to think that many getbiggers think that with that amount of muscle he would be a machine! Every professional flyweight would knock him out in less than a round!

Thats an astute observation. Professionals are better than non professional. Who knew?

I am not an expert on boxing or anything. Although it seems that he is not that bad. Meaning his technique is ok.

The owner of the gym I go is into martial arts. He has a dojo next to his weight gym. Time after time I see big bench press guys hit the bag like girls. Hitting the bag hard has to do with power not pure strength. Seen guys that can't bench any serious weight hit the bag like a mule. It's the speed you can release your strength.

True.
Power = (Force x Distance)/Time
So decrease your time in delivering work and power goes up. There is no reason a strong guy can't improve his power - he simply needs to do speed work for a given movement. Disclaimer: a very bulky person will have slower acceleration due to the mass being moved. This can be a limiter.

Like everything else genetics play a roll and it's a learned skill.
Some people can throw a base ball 90 mph, some 60 mph. You can improve both but it's very unlikely the 60mph will ever hit 90.
Some people can hit, without any training. I've met dudes with "heavy fists" (or hard, dense hands) that can really leave a mark if they hit you.
Generally a trained person is better than an untrained person, in sports, business or relationships.
That said id rather have a big bench as opposed to getting into fist fights.

Please, this is the way to hit the bag properly https://www.facebook.com/SugarRayLeonard6/videos/10156108947644661/?hc_ref=ARRiFZocNfR0Gvm9pZzUJQrkn2HLhcd3Yfo5JtezSkZhl-QpfJPGb40xJvP_85Nu0a4&pnref=story

F=MA Force equals mass times acceleration.
*haven't even watched the Kai Greene video, BTW*
If a guy Wayne 260 can accelerate his fist (or his body, his fist is just an extension of his body arm shoulder Etc) at a rate similar to a guy who weighs 160, obviously he is going to hit harder.
Technique and body mechanics, whether it's natural or trained, is always much more important than size and strength. Rotating your hips and driving that Fist from the ball of your foot will increase the "mass" behind the punch, compared to just throwing an "arm punch", where the only "Mass" behind the punch is coming from the shoulders N arms. Compare the punch from a guy putting the majority of his body weight on his back foot, hell, you could even have the front foot off the ground (as in the case with Bruce Lee), to a punch where his weight is mostly on his front foot (or even 50/50), and the punch with the body weight on the back foot is always going to be much more forceful.
Add to that having to weaving multiple punches together and having each punch be thrown "from the hip". That's where technique/training separate amateurs just hitting the bag for fun or cardio and guys whose income depends on it. Throwing a 3 4 or 5 punch combo is a whole lot different from throwing a single overhand right.
If kai's hitting a bag, I doubt he's gonna expect anybody to be super-impressed.

No doubt Franco would kick the shit out of Kai, unless of course Kai was willing to throw in the towel....

He looks cool as fuck, maybe doesn't know how to fight, but would be an epic boxing character in a film.
