If you are newbie might be good idea. Myself I'm experienced with keto and know when I'm in. Plus as long as you're not cheating you are good. Even if you are experienced it can sometimes be a mental boost to see a dark purple test strip. 8)

Only tried and true way of knowing if you are in ketosis is buying a Glucometer and test your blood ketone levels.

Been on keto for around 7-8 days now and I feel great.0 carbs,egg whites for breakfast,chicken breast for lunch and steak,ground beef,ground turkey or fish for dinner.
Best things about it are my pissing is down 10 good,shits are much smaller and less frequent and my appetite is way done.Still doing cardio for 45 min a day and lifting 45 min a day.
Not losing as much weight as I thought I would though.
Not sure if in keto but I’m no carbs so I’m good.

Dude, up your fats, add a bunch of yolks with the whites, throw in an avocado a day for potassium, handful of nuts here and there, you need fats on keno.
