My arms were 20'' but I haven't measured them in a while, due to the weather, I have to wait for the warm temperatures to come back to measure my biceps. Plus I'm also on my journey to get leaner than ever (ripped). Arms and chest are so important, just like having a vacuum pose is so important. I can't stress this enough

When my grandmother was alive I measured her arms at 22". What matters if they are hard and defined. A 19" muscular arm is huge beyond believe. I'd like to see a tape measure around some of these guys claiming measurements.

NOT ALL when I logged on to getbig I was 18 hence dan18 im now 51 still in great shape my arms have gone to 19 1/2 in around 18 1/2 now I feel better at 220 weight wise don't want to become that old guy with a gut who works out.....we all see them in the gym.

I think it's limited to mostly college age/high school girls still in the club and party stage. At that age the vast majority isn't making big money so looks counts more. It's kind of a status symbol for a young girl to have a jacked by her side. After that it's a big wallet. Sure being in shape and having some muscles is always a plus, but it's a distant second to money, power, success -- all interrfelated.
