amazing, at 6% BF he would be around 190lbs
-
The problem is these guys never bring their weight down after their peak career is over. Heart attack before 46, mark my words.
-
Going for the health look
-
He’ll soon be able to lift & press a Feminist
How many reps can Bragg Dinglebury get with that weight
No doubt he will have a video out soon
-
I cant understand how being fat makes you stronger, it obviously does because they are all fat and when they slim down they are not as strong.
Fat hinders muscle contraction so really it should make you weaker.
Odd...

They are fat & water logged from very very high amounts of Testosterone
Heavier they are the less percentage of body weight they are lifting
Plus the benefit of their body weight inertia transfer
Also the fat / water = thicker joints making for better leverages / bio- mechanics

Brian Shaw's body composition is extremely impressive at 400 pounds, I guess most people distribute more fat in their midsection, Shaw seem to be in mid 20% range, this fellow on the other hand is high thirties, 40 percent maybe...

Really nice and approachable guy too.

Obviously he is crazy strong to even get into place and hold with one hand but would not call that a db press. He dipped and used a lot of momentum to go up,why not just drop the weight and do a real db press.Once again he is crazy strong but ehh.
-
judochoke would outlift him if he only got a little help getting them in position

Should be called single arm dumbell jerk.
Still it’s a huge dumbell & amount of weight.
-
A push press but that is sick strength. Absolutely incredible.
-
Sorry - but with all that strength- so what? Looks like any 50 year old guy who smokes and drinks and has one foot in the grave.
-
Too look at he's a heart attack waiting to happen but that strength is ridiculous, push press, momentum, whatever, thats crazy!
